About this app

A reader for the comics and books already on your device or in your own storage. No account to create — install it, add a folder, start reading. The app contains no comics or books; it reads the files you already have.

■ Formats
CBZ/ZIP comics, PDF, folders of images, EPUB ebooks, and TXT files (legacy encodings such as CP949 detected automatically). ComicInfo.xml is honored for title, volume number, writer and reading direction.

■ Comic reader
• Page-curl turning, vertical scroll (webtoon) mode
• Two-page spread on tablets and in landscape
• Left-to-right or right-to-left, pinch and double-tap zoom
• Fit screen, fit width, fit height, or original size
• Five tap-zone layouts, volume-key page turns
• Automatic border cropping for scans, brightness and colour filters
• Mark a text-heavy PDF as a document to open it in vertical scroll, fit to width

■ Ebook reader
• Change size, font, line spacing and margins — the page reflows at once
• Register your own font files (TTF, OTF)
• Two columns on wide screens, two-page spread in landscape
• Table of contents, footnote preview and jump, in-book search, bookmarks
• Highlight and annotate any passage, with one screen collecting them all
• Send a selection straight to a dictionary, translator or web search
• Read aloud with the voices installed on your device
• Clock, page and battery shown under the text

■ Library
• Add a folder and it is scanned recursively, covers built, volumes grouped into series. Changed files are rescanned automatically
• No limits. As many books and folders as you like
• Search, sort, filter by kind (comics, books, documents) and by reading status
• Continue-reading row, favourites, shelves you arrange yourself, pick a series cover
• On tablets the library and the volume list share one screen
• Screen reader and large font support

■ Book lock
Lock a book with a PIN. Its cover blurs, and it locks again after you leave the app.

■ Backup
Export your reading positions, bookmarks, shelves, locks and settings to one file, and restore them.

■ Free and paid
Everything you need to read is free. There is no cap on books or folders, and none of the reader features above is locked.

Cloud Pass — one purchase, not a subscription, adds:
• NAS (WebDAV, SFTP) and Dropbox folders in your library. CBZ and EPUB are read in place, fetching only the pages you open (PDF is downloaded first)
• Keep remote books on the device for offline reading, Wi-Fi-only downloads, a cache size limit
• Carry your place and bookmarks between phone and tablet through a cloud folder you choose — there is no server of ours
Using a NAS away from home needs DDNS or port forwarding on the NAS side. Speed depends on your connection and server.

■ No ads, no tracking
There are no ads, tracking or analytics. The app uses the network only for storage you connect yourself, and talks to no other server. If you connect nothing, it uses no network at all.

There is no account, so there is nothing to send, and your reading history never leaves the device.

■ Good to know
• Google Drive, OneDrive and similar can be used through the folders those apps provide, and work well as a sync folder, but they are not suited to streaming a whole library. Network libraries work properly over WebDAV, SFTP and Dropbox.
• CBR/RAR, FTP, SMB and WebDAV with self-signed certificates are not supported yet.
• Requires Android 11 or later.
