About this app

YesSERV is designed for shipyard personnel during the ship construction phase and for personnel working after the ship becomes operational. You can access the equipment records defined by Yesir Klima Teknik San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. in the YesSERV application from the ship.
How to get started: Open the application, create an account, and submit an access request by entering your ship's IMO number. When Yesir Klima Teknik approves your request, your ship will appear in your list.
What you can do:
• Scan the QR code on the equipment and instantly access its record. • Open technical documents and maintenance instructions from your phone.
• View upcoming scheduled maintenance, mark it as completed, and record the spare parts changed during that maintenance.
• See upcoming spare part changes in advance.
• Report a malfunction; the service provider will start working as soon as they see the record.
• Request spare parts by specifying the quantity, approve or reject the price quote received.
• If you want to cancel your request, submit a cancellation request.
• Track changes in FAT, delivery, commissioning, HAT, and SAT phases.
• Yesir Klima Teknik San. Contact Tic. Ltd. Sti. with a single touch via WhatsApp or email.
Every changed record is marked on your screen; the mark disappears when you read it,
other users' marks are not affected. The application works in Turkish and English.
