I have purchased one of the courses. Since I'm working it sometimes gets hard to stay consistent with my preparation so I thought buying a course would help me to stay on track but it turned out to be a mistake. It seems they're least bothered about the students who spend their hard earned money on these courses. The teachers as well as the content are good but what is the point of this if there's noone to guide you through your study. The content is all over the place but no communication

"Teachers are excellent, but the app and support are a big disappointment. Almost every day the app shows service error or 'under maintenance' for 4–5 hours, leaving no proper time to study. After taking subscription, the support team hardly responds. They don’t pick calls from registered numbers, but if you try with another number, they pick instantly. Technical issues are never permanently solved, just temporary replies. Students lose precious time because of poor servic.

Yes officer team is an Excellent Choice for Every Banking Exam Aspirant.. It's a one stop solution for all the subjects all the topics ...from pre to.. mains to.. interview and till your selection each and every teacher is very supportive.. In one word they are Excellent at what they do .😀❤️ But this app needs some improvements... - Dark Mode (Comfortable for eyes) -App is not well optimised for larger screens like Tablets -Background Downloads and faster downloads can make it better. 😍❤
