About this app

Clock Jasmine is the workforce and HR app for any business. Staff clock in and out on their phone. Managers plan rotas, review exceptions and keep the team in sync.

You need an invite from your organisation to sign in. Sign-in uses your email and password, then a 6-digit code from an authenticator app such as Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Apple Passwords.

Clock in and out
• Clock in, clock out and track breaks from your phone
• Optional on-site location check and selfie when your organisation requires it
• See today’s shift and who is on the floor

Rotas and cover
• View your shifts and the team rota
• Plan and publish rota boards
• Request cover and handle shift swaps

Approvals and time off
• Review clock exceptions, absence and rota requests
• Request holiday, sickness and other leave
• Get notified when something needs you

Team and training
• Employee directory and workplace settings
• Assigned courses and reminders
• Timesheets and clock history for payroll

Location and camera are only used for on-site clock-in when your organisation turns them on. You can deny those prompts and still use the rest of the app. Face ID or fingerprint, if you enable it, stays on your device and is not uploaded.
