About this app

Nanum is the mobile app care agencies use to deliver and oversee home care - for the carer on the doorstep, the family staying informed, and the manager keeping everything on track. Sign in with the account your agency issues you, and you land on exactly what your role needs.

For carers - your round, in your pocket
- Today's visits: your schedule at a glance, with clear status and one-tap directions.
- Honest GPS check-in / out: records where you actually were; it never fakes a location and never blocks you.
- Medication (eMAR): record administrations against the resident's prescription with standard MAR outcomes; every entry is append-only and reason-gated.
- Care tasks & notes: mark tasks done (or why not), and add a note by voice (transcribed for you) or by typing.
- Running late? Tell your manager in a tap - an honest estimate, never a promise to the family.
- Safety at hand: emergency contact (tap to call) and key care information for the people you visit.

For families - quiet reassurance
- See when a visit happened, who attended, and that tasks and medication were done.
- Get a gentle heads-up if a carer is running late.
