The app worked for awhile. There were always connectivity issues but for the most part it was okay. Then one day it quit working. The icons looked different so there was probably an update. Support gave some advise but nothing helped. After a couple of weeks they told me to contact their technical engineers. No one ever responded. I asked about getting a new device since it is under warranty, although I think the problem is the app. No one has responded to me. Bad app, bad support.

There are some very cool features with the app, but none of them work consistently and some of them don't work at all. The camera is about 10 feet from a high speed router, but it insists it has a poor connection at all times. Viewing the live feed or saved video clips from the app has stopped working completely. Sometimes the notifications work, other times not. The bird identification tool is far more hit than miss (this morning I was apparently visited by a Dodo).

Works with the bird feeder. I needed a signal extender since the feeder is at the end of the deck. I found that I needed to connect it to the extender rather than the main router. Sensitivity is tricky. It sometimes captures branches moving in the wind and heavy rain. Software is confusing. Videos automatically saved to the SD card cannot be downloaded through the software, only viewed. The card needs to be removed and read on a PC. Screen captures and live recorded video can be saved.
