Yin Yang uses Android's Accessibility Service for two optional features: double-tap to lock the screen, and Mindful Timer. Neither is required — Yin Yang works fully without enabling Accessibility. When enabled, it is used only to power these two features. We do not read screen content, notifications, messages, or any other personal data. You can turn it off anytime in Android Settings.

Ratings and reviews

I like it in general, but I'm not paying $30.00 for a launcher, and definitely not a subscription. It's not a subscription app. I'm also very angry that the developers think I should pay them to use my own wallpapers on my own device, that's absurd! Already looking for a replacement. They should've asked for a one time payment of $10.00 instead.

Decent. I like how minimal and simplistic it is, while still being useful. Very nice design. Very easy to use. My biggest issue is that the weather widget doesn't allow you to choose the location, and it is set to Celsius automatically and can not be changed ....and that kind of sucks. But other than that, it's nice.

I've been using this launcher off and on since last year. It looks like I will now use it exclusively. Originally it had a few kinks yet the basic functions showed promise in leading towards better use of time and managing my phone to be a tool for me to use rather than me being used by the phone with all of its distractions. Now with the frequent updates and the ability to set timers for often used apps and cool down periods before using them again I'm in. This launcher gets better and better!
