I cannot believe how awful the entire app experience is, and today was just a preseason game. This has to get fixed, especially if you do give any care to what you say you do, the fan experience. Expecting us to rely on network, wifi, 3g, or 4g, when 80 thousand of our closest friends are also trying to do the same thing was a ridiculous idea.

Too many adds. I love the Ravens and I love the content of the app. I check it multiple times per day. The videos in the app don't play. When you click on the video, you get an advertisement but the video never plays, the app crashes shortly after. Decrease the adds, fix the bug that crashes the app, and fix the video issue.

App is laggy, not easy to navigate, and just disappointing. Major problem is the Ticketmaster section when selling tickets i.e. Constant logins, doesn't let you easily see your actual listing in ticket results, and Ticketmaster seems to be selling your tickets for more than you've indicated (with fees subtracted). Example, post listing for $125, but edit it later to be $110...posting is still $125. How can you move your ticket(s) if they don't honor your new price/aggressive price slash?
