Ratings and reviews

Current version has severe issues playing videos, maybe 1/10 actually plays properly. This used to be a convenient app for staying up to date with the team but it essentially unusable now. The video player on the main website has such a terrible interface, that it's almost as bad as this app, a barely serviceable alternative... It's been like this for months. That fancy new studio for VEN isn't much use if no one watches the content produced.

This app will not work on my android device despite google play saying it is compatible. It installs fine but whenever I open it I get "Unable to reach service, check your internet connection and try again.". There is no problem with my internet connection. Every other app accesses the internet fine. Problem exists after many restarts and even a factory reset. The really nice part though is you can not get any tech support. I tried customer service and their response was "I would suggest you take it to your phone store and see if they can troubleshoot it". I also emailed the developer at the address on this page and have gotten no response in over a week.

This app used to be amazing. Unfortunately, it's just an unusable icon now. The ads load (of course) but the actual vikings videos do not, which stinks, because the vikes have a great media team. Also, it will not allow me to login with credentials to participate with in-app content. Many people have already voiced their concern, but figured I would add to the pile in efforts to bring awareness to the issue.
