Ratings and reviews

Was always buggy. Update in December made it completely unusable and it's now February. Gets stuck in authorization loops, and/or tickets won't load, etc. Not to mention as a season ticket member it's frustrating having ads for tickets pop up in my way of getting to the tickets I paid for every time I open the app. Not that I can get to them anymore, anyway. It's absolutely shocking to me this app hasn't been fixed in months. Yes I've cleared data, uninstalled, etc.

Looks nice. That's about the end of the good qualities. I primarily use the app to access my tickets (for entry, transfer, or sale). I can't imagine a way that experience could get any worse. For years, the app has dragged, frozen, or otherwise not connected to my account. I have to delete and reinstall the app each time I want to use it, which is pretty often as a STH. The myriad options for discounts and payments are confusing, but would be sufficient if the app worked when trying to use it.

Fails at everything across the board. It will not load my purchased tickets. There is no option in the app to obtain support when you need help - which you inevitably will. Navigation is clunky. App loads slowly. Requests way more privileges than it really should, so I have no doubt there is intrusive data collection going on. I wish they'd follow the model used by the MLB BallPark app, which is flawless in comparison to this app.
