More broken than the team. Too many menus and too many buttons with the same name. Theme nights and red and black nights are under "tickets" instead of under "schedule" where you would expect them to be. No search bars anywhere. When I try to view my tickets, I'm told to link to my Ticketmaster account, and when I press OK, I'm taken to a blank page.

Sorry to hear you were having trouble. We've just released a new update which includes the newest Ticketmaster version! In terms of the design, thank you for your feedback - We'll continue to work to make the app more intuitive for you.

app sucks. I'm trying to buy 50/50 tickets and the app won't let me select country to create an account. I can't move forward and purchase tickets, very frustrating

Thanks for your note - sorry to hear you are having issues. Sabres 50/50 isn't exclusive to the app, and can be accessed on any browser by typing in sabres.com/5050. Please note, it's available in New York State only.

As a Sabres fan here in Canada, I'd be very careful using or trusting this app. I was grossly misled by an email they sent me in early March 2026, promoting Fubo TV as a way to watch Sabres games. Unfortunately I clicked on the link and subscribed to Fubo, only to discover the next evening when I opened the Fubo app to watch the next game, that here in Canada Fubo doesn't make NHL hockey available. I was informed of this by phoning Fubo's help line. I canceled the subscription but no refund!

David, sorry to head you had issues accessing the game in your location with FUBO. You can see all ways to watch at the link here: https://www.nhl.com/sabres/team/tune-in. This should include a Canada specific link for FUBO. In terms of the app, we will try to make our ads more relevant and clear to user location, when applicable.
