Accuracy and timeliness of info is very poor. Examples include inaccurate practice schedule (schedule will show a player practicing on a particular court but instead, there is an actual match taking place on that court and it's not a last minute change); practice schedule info not consistent w info on electronic boards onsite; order of play not up to date w scores (a completed match will show as still ongoing when the next match on that court is well underway). These are just a few examples.

This app was bad last year and it isn't any better this year (at least on the Android side). Frequent crashes and error messages. Scores often not up to date and at busy times takes forever to update even with strong Internet connection. Tournament WiFi is also bad, with frequent disconnections. Unfortunate. The venue is world class, the organizers need to make the web experience just as good.

app is horrible, Ticketmaster has got to go. loading takes forever, nothing is saved on seller screen so you have to fill it out over and over. it's a nightmare. cannot see anything about matches or scores, but it works perfectly on my wife's iPhone. get your stuff together, this is embarrassing. keeps telling me this version of the app is no longer supported, but it is the only version in the Google play store. what a joke.
