Terrible interface. Hard to use and not intuitive. Also, it decided one day that it would no longer rotate, which is a huge problem when you have a pressure crack in your screen that would interfere with the barcode scanner in portrait but not in landscape, but now, for no conceivable reason, it won't let me get to landscape

I am a season ticket member and I don't have access to the Mobile Membership Section of the App. I can access my tickets as if I Purchased them separately. When I go to the Mobile Membership Section, I get a message stating "There is no season ticket Membership associated with this account " I can only see my payment schedule via a separate Ticketmaster page. Who can I contact to help resolve this issue?

Alot of times it keeps stopping. They can come up with a better app. This is Madison Square Garden!!! Right???
