This app is horrible. I cannot log in to view my tickets at all. I've tried uninstallint/installing, connecting via different wifi's and cellular data and it is still not allowing me to connect. Message says, "internet connection appears to be offline" for both connecting through ticketmaster AND MSG. I have a game on Dec 8th and do not know how we will be able to show proof of purchase. This is ridiculous.

Terrible interface. Hard to use and not intuitive. Also, it decided one day that it would no longer rotate, which is a huge problem when you have a pressure crack in your screen that would interfere with the barcode scanner in portrait but not in landscape, but now, for no conceivable reason, it won't let me get to landscape

Terrible layout and not user friendly at all. Had to jump through several hoops just to try to make an account just to go to an event that wasn't even at this venue. Avoid this app like the plague
