I have submitted a picture for verification 5 times now and every time it denies me, because it detects AI. When I'm clearly not using AI, as you have to use the camera within the app, which doesn't allow any AI or filters. I've accumulated points and cannot access them, because of this issue. Customer service is a joke, I tried reaching out 3 different times and they do not listen.

The withdrawal is scam! I withdraw 200$ and the app approved it but I didn't received the money yet.

What a terrible app! This "dating/hookup app" is designed to make you spend money, presumably on fake matches. Verification does not require matching you to a picture, simply matching a pose so. "real humans" could be anyone and not necessarily the person you see on the profile. Get ready to spend money as anything you do costs gems which are expensive and limited. Don't waste your time.
