Lost another star because they took away my ability to start remotely. And I could care less about a "Leader board." Like the look of the newest version, but the graph is still not updating. It's over an hour behind on my Thanksgiving turkey. Would be great if the temperature update was consistent and it didn't crash on occasion. Love my grill though.

This app use to be rock solid but has gotten progressively worse since the new year and is now entirely useless for me. The remote start feature was removed due to a new industry standard, so I can't hold that against them. With that being said, I can't even get to the screen to view or change the temp of the grill or set points and notifications. The screen comes up, freezes, then crashes. Pixel 7 Android 14

This app used to be rock solid and was leaps better the app for a previous smoker I had. Until the last update on 2/28/24. They took away our ability to remote start. Have to manually hit the on switch now. I used it all the time to remote start on my way home from work to preheat it or start it when I was in a remote meeting in my home office. I hope they bring it back. At least give an option in settings to "allow remote start".
