No matter how many times they upgrade it this app is still buggy & will often shut down at the most annoying times when you are working, particularly when using Google maps if you're covering a round you don't know that well & need directions.

Latest update has made the app incredibly unresponsive. It can take up to ten seconds for presses to be registered. The problem is particularly bad when sequencing from the map screen and also when trying to take the delivery photographs. Optimisation has also taken a nose dive with some glaring errors in routing. Manually sequencing the drops is now necessary. Please please update and fix these issues, they are making the planning and loading process so much less efficiecnt.

It continues to crash after every parcel delivered have to log in again then crashes have to force stop the app then log in again but even then it crashes after another parcel delivered it's annoying and frustrating and takes so mutch time out of my day just to deal with it
