About this app

If you are a Yoigo customer, this is your application. With it you can manage from your mobile everything that has to do with your lines: very simple and clear. As always, Yoigo style.

Having everything under control is easier than the mechanism of a pacifier:

- Your consumption: calls, data consumed, messages sent, if you have contracted a bonus, everything that may interest you about your line.

- Your invoices: you will be able to see your Yoigo invoices from the last few months in full detail, and download them in PDF.

- Your Rate: Do not remember the name of your Rate? How much data does it include? In this section you have everything, including bonuses and if there is a rate that best suits your consumption.

- Configuration: you can activate or deactivate your mobile services: answering machine, roaming, paper bill, etc.

- If you have several lines, you can easily consult all of them from the application, as well as the shared data.

- Control your router from anywhere: manage your Wi-Fi networks, list connected devices... and more!

- And now, if you use the widget, it is much easier to know your consumption at all times.

Be careful if you are going to access from abroad because you know that Roaming data has a different price. In that case, we recommend that you connect via Wi-FI.

To use it you will only need your mobile and your Mi Yoigo password. If you still do not have your password or do not remember it, you can get it by entering the application itself.

This app displays the amount minutes used as DOUBLE the real amount. It displays daily usage correctly but shows the total as double the total of daily usage. Really annoying. Not sure if it's annoying enough to make me change phone companies but I'm considering it. 17/7 - it just gets worse and worse, now the app displays double the amount of data allowance also. I wrote to Yoigo weeks ago and they said that they were aware of the problems and were working on it !!! 03/08 that's it I'm gone !!!

This app doesn't show the day of renewal, doesn't allow to recharge, there is essentially nothing except the balance, essential settings and promotions. At least it works, unlike Vodafone app... Btw, I'm pretty happy with Yoigo service in general, but this app functionality is so limited...

Can't even log in! I can access Yoigo through the web but the app is impossible. I emailed the app help email address..... Certainly there is no same-day reply. We all use Yoigo for the same reason: Bueno, bonito y barato. But the new app is not bueno. 23/01/2021.... They reply saying to email in but don't take on board that I already have, but there is no reply. You need to actually read your reviews and reply to the emails that you tell people to send you.
