KEYBOARD-FAST, GST-CORRECT BILLING
Bill a sale in seconds. Scan or type an item and the line fills itself — rate, HSN code and tax included. CGST+SGST or IGST is worked out automatically based on the party's state, with live GSTIN validation and a running tax total always on screen. Tax-inclusive (MRP) billing by default, with a B2B exclusive-tax toggle. Per-line discounts, extra charges and cess are all computed for you. Invoice numbering is gap-free and resets cleanly each financial year, and credit notes handle sales returns properly.

QUOTES, ORDERS AND CHALLANS
Send a quotation today and turn it into a tax invoice tomorrow without retyping anything. Estimates, proforma invoices, delivery challans, sale orders and purchase orders each keep their own numbering, and nothing touches your stock, ledgers or GST until you convert a document into a real invoice or bill.

WORKS FULLY OFFLINE
Every invoice, party, item and payment is stored in a local database on your own device. There's no login needed to bill and no waiting on a network at the counter — it simply works, connection or not.

GST RETURNS, READY TO EXPORT
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, an HSN-wise summary and a purchase GSTR-2/2B view are all built in, alongside two dozen other business reports — day book, sales and purchase registers, bill-wise and item-wise profit, receivables and payables aging, and stock summaries. Export anything as CSV, PDF or Excel, or hand your accountant a GSTR-1 JSON or Tally-compatible file.

INVOICES IN 22 INDIAN LANGUAGES
Print a customer's name and items in any of the 22 official Indian languages — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu and more. Every font is bundled in the app, so this works with no internet and no extra downloads.

INVENTORY THAT KEEPS ITSELF HONEST
Track items by HSN code and unit, adjust stock with a reason and see the full movement history. Secondary units and conversions (Box to Piece, Kilogram, Litre) match how a shop actually buys and sells. Barcodes, wholesale price tiers, batches with expiry, and low-stock warnings are all included, and you can bulk-load your catalogue with CSV import.

THE BUYING SIDE, TOO
Record purchase bills that update stock and your vendor ledger, log expenses with input tax credit, and track debit notes for purchase returns — all in the same fast entry screen you already know from billing.

PARTIES, LEDGERS AND PAYMENTS
Every customer and vendor has a GSTIN, a running balance and a clean ledger, so you always know who owes what. Record payments by cash, UPI, card, bank transfer or cheque against any bill, track on-account advances, and keep a cheque register for pending, cleared and bounced cheques. Print a UPI QR code right on the invoice for instant payment.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your business data stays on your own device by default. Licence activation and periodic licence checks contact Yojika's servers. Optional Cloud Sync sends business data only when you turn it on. Scheduled local backups protect your data, a recycle bin can restore anything deleted, and an optional passcode lock keeps the app private.
