Managementcell Task Tracking is a specialized field management application developed to manage and accelerate end-to-end work processes for personnel working within sites, apartments, and facilities.

All fault, maintenance, repair, and administrative requests created by site managers are instantly sent to the relevant personnel's phones as work orders. This system eliminates the confusion of paper forms or verbal communication, allowing for step-by-step tracking of every task in the field.

Step-by-Step Workflow and Features of the Application:
- Pending Tasks: When your manager assigns you a new task, you receive an instant notification, and the task remains in the "Pending" list awaiting scheduling. - Ongoing Processes: When you start a task, you update the status to "Ongoing" to inform your manager that you have begun. - Completed Tasks: When you solve a problem and finish a task, you can add a photo if desired and mark the task as "Completed". -Closed Tasks: Tasks checked and approved by the administrator are marked "Closed" and archived. -Detailed Task Information: You can always go to the field prepared by seeing the nature of the fault, its location, and any notes added by the administrator.

How it Works?
The site administrator defines the task from the Management panel and assigns it to you. You then take over the task by clicking on the notification sent to your phone, update its status step by step, and successfully complete the process.
