Yo Rewards loyalty platform offers it's users the ability to earn points during checkout at participating stores. A user is able to collect and redeem stored based loyalty points, while their unique identification (UID) code remaining same.
A single UID code is based on the active user's mobile number. It enables users to scan it across various participating stores, whilst maintaining store based points system. There's no need of downloading multiple apps to earn loyalty points.
Additionally the app allows Stores to publish periodic campaigns only to its loyal customers. Users are able to search campaigns (deals) using store name and/or region.
Store are able to submit campaigns for review and approval to Yo Rewards team. Once approved, the campaign notification is sent store's loyalty users only. A store is able to "end" an active campaign.
A user becomes a loyal customer when they share their UID code or mobile number for the first time during checkout at a store.
To maintain user data security, store or any third party will not be able to collect user PII data from the platform.
