Ratings and reviews

Mobile deposit doesn't work. Continuously receive an error message that the information at the bottom of check photo can not be read and to retake the picture. I have tried other checks in the past with the same outcome and end up going to the bank to deposit. My pictures are clear against a plain background. I am unsure why the data is not translating.

I have been with York Traditions Bank for many years! They're absolutely amazing! They're customer service is the best that I've ever encountered!! They go above and beyond and always have smiles and always acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door!! They make it a point to get to know their customers and do everything they can for you!! York Traditions is by far the best bank that I've ever had!! I absolutely will NOT ever go anywhere else!!

I leave a 2 star rating because his app is slower than slow. Takes minutes to log into my account, even with 5G and full bars of data on my cell. No notification that the apps being worked on, I'm just repeatedly kicked out and can't get back into the app for days, sometimes.
