Old review: somehow I'm locked out of this app and can't seem to get any help from yellow cab. Now the app sort of works. It's very slow, you can't save locations, and instead of notifications you get phone calls. Sometimes the map just never updates. Sometimes it calls multiple cabs and while you are in one the system keeps calling you about the other cab, but you can't see it in the app.

This current version of the app is terrible! Why did they change it? The old one was perfect! Now the app is alot slower and crashes repeatedly. Can't request any rides or book trips in advance. Recently I had 2 taxi cabs arrive at my pickup location despite the app saying it was "unable to complete booking any trips at the moment and to try again later." The trips didn't even show it was saved on my account. I recommend using the actual website and booking it there. Avoid this app if possible!

unusable currently. stuck with an on going trip so I can't book another one. and the nav bar is covered by the notification bar.
