SabaCash is an electronic money service, an alternative to paper money, provided by SabaFon Company in partnership with CAC Islamic Bank, which enables you to conduct your financial transactions via the mobile phone easily, quickly, and securely, such as transferring funds, paying the value of your purchases, paying utility bills such as landline and internet bills and recharging mobile phone balance. And others and the service can be used through an Internet connection through a dedicated application or without an Internet connection, and the service can be used via the USSD communication protocol for SabaFon numbers only.
Saba Cash subscriber does not need to use cash or credit cards to complete payments/purchases or transfers. As your phone number is your online account number through which you can pay for purchases and transfers
The Sabacash application provides you with a mobile phone recharge service for all mobile phone operators in Yemen, whether for the payment of the billing system or the prepaid system:
Pay bills, charge balance, and purchase packages (SabaFon, YOU, Yemen Mobile)
Recharge Y
ADSL home internet payment
Paying the landline
Payment of water and electricity

The app requires disabling developer options which is a big no because I have many turned on options that helps me with my daily life. Going into the app it will not allow you to check your bills to help in charging the wallet with the amount you want. But it only allows you to do that if you have money in the wallet. Fortunately there are other wallets.

Welcome to increase the level of security in the Sabacash wallet, developer options must be turned off when using the program, and with regard to inquiring about bills, if there is no balance in the wallet, it is possible to use the alternative feature that not require the Internet to enter the program and inquire.

A very easy-to-use app . Very good in most aspects, however, it's just some of the banks' ATMs that are at many times are either out of order, or worse, they count withdraw your money amount, but no cash ! Hope you fix this . Thanks ..
