You broadband is the worst. In the past 2 months I have had at least 10 times when internet connection was gone and took 2-3 days to come back. So extremely poor service. I think even BSNL would do better. If you are planning on taking this connection please check with others in your building/ society and get feedback about connectivity before taking the connection. Also some times they just automatically resolve/ cancel a service request. This is not the way to solve issues.

Pls don't go with You broadband. They don't have engineers to rectify the issues...very bad service. It takes more than a day to fix any issue and that too not permanently. Same issue coming repeatedly.. Look for other internet service provider in your area...Also after disconnection of service, it takes 3-4 months to refund you deposit and that too in cheque format. So pathetic

Pathetic speed most of the time even when Only 2 mobiles and 1 computer connected. When raised complaint, the executive calls when the connection is working fine and shows everything is OK. Would never renew nor would recommend others.
