We have raised request from past 1 month and still no resolution has been provided after repeatedly calling and mailing them. If anybody is thinking to opt for their services,I will seriously advise them to think thoroughly; as you can see we are waiting from past one month for shifting of our connection in the same locality in a you broadband friendly building. If there was an option of 0 stars, I would have given that.
Overhauling required You bb team, the app is not at all good. It should be much smoother with better user friendly interfaces. BTW i have never seen any tecnician around near my location ever if the engineer is sitting at my house. Why do you promote sucha feature when all you have is a way to reduce your call centre staffing. Moreover although my displayed address indicates a location, the map shows somewhere else.
I am using this app for near about 6 months. It's good but I personally think that it needs a lots of upgradation, as you guyz should put an option to write about the problem and put an option for providing the suitable visiting time (to check the problem) of the users at time of requesting for assistance. Sometimes it also gets hanged for no reason. The you broadband is a good service provider but if you can be a better one by providing a good connection and good service to the customer.
You broadband is cheap in the market. Offers a bunch of data in the 6 month plan. Has very good speeds. These were the only reasons I went for this service provider. However, there are some cons with YOU. There is intermittent outage every now and then. But they are very quick to send a message about the outage and are prompt in fixing the same. Service wise these ppl are very good. They dont harass you like others. On the app also you can track your daily usage, buy/renew plans, post a service request, etc. Overall an awesome experience.
i love hate youbroadband i have a love hate relationship with youbroadband. When it works it works blazing fast .its awesome and when it doesn't it really sucks because there is usually no intimation from the team on why there is ever outage. The app does not help a lot . they say you can track the service technician but that's not true at all. But I must say I love the telephonic helpline .they are always extremely good and courteous .
Its been 22 days now, now one is listing or no one have any courtesy to update regarding unusual delay in installation. Unprofessional and illiterate customer care executive, sales and technical person you have even your appellate authority executive is worst than every one. I have sent many mails and no one replied back with any solutions, I am writing here with no luck if i get response from here or not
