You broadband is the worst. In the past 2 months I have had at least 10 times when internet connection was gone and took 2-3 days to come back. So extremely poor service. I think even BSNL would do better. If you are planning on taking this connection please check with others in your building/ society and get feedback about connectivity before taking the connection. Also some times they just automatically resolve/ cancel a service request. This is not the way to solve issues.

Totally disappointed broadband connections. 2/3 days always surver down in a week. When try to complain regarding this i got always same reply that our surver is going slow or else our engineer come at your destination and fixed this issue. but after a day I get same issue of this. I suggest that if you are planning for wifi for home or office than don't plan for this wifi this is my personal experience....

DO NOT BUY. IT'S A SCAM DO NOT BUY. IT'S A SCAM DO NOT BUY. IT'S A SCAM It is the worst provider. I subscribed for this less than 15 days ago with a year plan. Their router can't even provide network to a 2 bhk apartment. And Lots of connection issues while standing next to the router. Customer service doesn't even answer the call before 30 mins of wait time.
