UBTask uses a secure login system and supports multiple user roles:
Admin β Full system access, user management, and reporting
Head of Department (HOD) β Manages users and tasks within their department
Staff β Views and updates assigned tasks and profile information
Intern β Can receive and assign tasks based on permissions
Each user can only access features relevant to their role and department.
