One of the worst apps for internet/phone services that I have ever seen. I feel like I'm in the early 2000s while using the app. The haptic experience, the constant disappearance of the entry fields under the digital keyboard... Terrible. I'm not even talking about "not having an English UI". The only good thing is the friendly service personnel on the chat - and even that is half a star worth, because some of the folks just answer with a canned answer to win a point and close the "ticket".

The app in not user friendly at least on an android phone. Very difficult to navigate and to find what you need. Using the contact options also misfuntions and typing is almost impossible. Chat gets lost with every attempt to find information in the app.

In the first month of my contract went severely over budget because the datalimkt is off by default and you have to pay for it. 100eur later decided not to complain and increase the data amount for the contract. This was very easily done in the App, but it doesn't tell you you will lose all benefits and discount that came with the original contract. After contacting them nothing could be done to help. They will squeeze any penny they can even if it is unreasonable. Avoid like the plague.
