I've placed an order on 6/13/26. Testing out the app. I'm hoping that the shipping cost through Vireak Buntham will be reasonable. I use DRSB and VTENH app, but DRSB is slow, VTENH only orders from Taobao as of now, 1688 is coming soon. 1688 is much cheaper, although VTENH shipping fee is $2.50 for 1kg or less. I'm hoping Youngsia will be a better choice because I can order from 1688 with this app. I will update my review when I receive my product, it's only been 6 days so far.

great for purchasing items from taobao but some links don't work. items sometimes arrived before the estimated days or after the estimated days ( 8-20 days, might be longer if there's a special occasion. customer service is great, they greet you well. if you want to buy stuff that is fragile avoid buying it cuz they don't refund you, but if you accidentally bought something and the refund doesn't work, contact their customer service they'll help you figure it out. overall: 2.5/5 stars

I had a disappointing experience with this service. After purchasing an item, I found that refunds were not permitted, and there was no option to return the product. Additionally, the associated fees were unreasonably high given the lack of flexibility and customer support. I would advise others to consider alternative services before making a purchase here!!
