great for purchasing items from taobao but some links don't work. items sometimes arrived before the estimated days or after the estimated days ( 8-20 days, might be longer if there's a special occasion. customer service is great, they greet you well. if you want to buy stuff that is fragile avoid buying it cuz they don't refund you, but if you accidentally bought something and the refund doesn't work, contact their customer service they'll help you figure it out. overall: 2.5/5 stars

It does take a long time. Nice app but I wish they could include a tracker like in Taobao or sth.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. After purchasing an item, I found that refunds were not permitted, and there was no option to return the product. Additionally, the associated fees were unreasonably high given the lack of flexibility and customer support. I would advise others to consider alternative services before making a purchase here!!
