FLASH'N PROVE allows you to deal with any contentious situation in real time and to quickly and easily build solid, instant and tamper-proof proof, at a lower cost.
Our application allows you to take up to 20 timestamped and geolocated photos. You can also write a comment in support of your photo, access a summary of your photos, add or delete a photo, specify an address and even fill in a title for your photo report. A report before filing can then be consulted free of charge for 24 hours.
The application allows you, against payment, to securely deposit your photos with a bailiff's office and thus to have a deposit report certified by a bailiff constituting solid digital proof. Ideal to preserve your rights upstream or during a dispute. The photos and the certified filing report are kept for 25 years by the partner bailiff.
Your filing report is then accessible at any time in your customer area, so you can view it instantly and share it by text or email with your lawyer, insurer, company, etc.
FLASH'N PROVE is aimed at professionals (craftsmen, architects, rental companies, developers, builders, etc.) and individuals wishing to constitute certified photo evidence then filed in a bailiff's office. Available at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as long as you have a smartphone or digital tablet and a 3G/4G internet connection.

€39.99 excluding tax (€47.99 including tax) / procedure for professionals.
Payment is made via credit card with a monthly billing offer for professionals.

Important: Any user of the application is reminded that the probative value of the filing report certified by a bailiff thus obtained is lower than that of the report made by the bailiff in situ, the bailiff certifying after validation the filing of the photos certified via the application without making any assessment of the nature, object, place or circumstances in which the content is disseminated.
