The submission of photos/videos to the Commissioner of Justice and the establishment of a report of submission certified by the Commissioner of Justice is invoiced:
For individuals :
€39.99 including tax for 20 photos or 1 video of 45 seconds + €9.99 including tax for each 10 photos (up to 100 photos max) or +1 video (up to 3 videos) of 15 seconds.
For professionals :
€39.99 excluding tax (€47.99 including tax) for 20 photos or 1 45-second video + €9.99 excluding tax (€11.99 including tax) per 10 photos (up to 100 photos max) or +1 video (up to 3 videos) of 15 seconds.
Payment is made via credit card with a monthly billing offer for professionals.
FLASH’N PROVE is an application designed and developed in France, based on proven and secure technologies in order to protect your data stored in France.
Important: Our users of the application are reminded that the probative value of the filing report certified by the Commissioner of Justice thus obtained is lower than that of the report made by the latter in situ, the Commissioner of Justice certifying after validation the submission of photos/videos certified by the application without making any assessment on the nature, object, place or circumstances in which the content is broadcast.
