Update: Upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars -- despite the occasional tech hiccup, I deeply appreciate the calls. It would be great if answering an outside call while you're in Quarantine Chat didn't disconnect the Chat call! It would also be helpful to have a mic for dictation on this Ratings screen -- this screen disappeared mine. Overall, though, I'm happy to have discovered this app. Looking forward to more calls.

Great idea being absolutely murdered by the technical glitches which affect every single call. Just as you are getting into a really nice conversation with someone, the call is dropped and there is no way to reconnect. Several friends and family members tried the app and there was not a single call that did not cut off after about 8 minutes. Soooooooooo frustrating and actually quite disappointing. So the app concept gets 5 stars, execution gets negative 4 stars for setting you up with a nice conversation, and just as you are starting to connect with someone, dropping the call and no option to reconnect. Geezus, didn't someone test this thing ???

Sigh. A great idea, had some initial bugs; the customer service was great! But then, after 3 days of signing up for around 10 chances to call me, on various subjects, I got zero calls. Typhoid Mary, I guess...so...not sure what the issue is, if any, but disappointed in the ability to connect. Hope it works for others.
