App is extremely buggy. It offers management a lot of meÿ that become irrelevant because, what good is a metric when it takes 3 days to submit a work order. Or how it deletes photos if you don't constantly hit save. And you can't upload pictures from your phone. So then you have to go back to the customers house and take photos in order to submit the workorder. Just bottom of the line

This app is slow, unreliable and loses your documents and data. It routinely just loses important photos related to projects. It loses and misplaces entire projects. Files don't transfer where they're supposed to. This app costs us time and money by making us do extra work dealing with all the things that it loses. Please do not implement this software into your business. The app we used to use was designed by a carpenter with no tech experience and it absolutely crushes this app.

doesnt even deserve one star its so slow always gives me problem and for the last two weeks it kicks me out anytime i try to submit a picture! i havent been able to submit any of my work orders
