Great app, pitty about the service I booked a cleaning job about a month in advance. They called the Friday before the week the job was due to confirm, which I did. On the day the cleaner did not turn up, their call service was not accepting calls, and when I logged on the online chat I was told someone will contact me soon. A gentleman did, and he was polite, BUT in the process of rebooking he tried to change the terms of the job. Needless to say I will not be using them again....

I wanted to fix a drywall roof only. After research it would cost me 300 to 400 euro since I would pay for the materials. Found me 2 workers. Only one contacted me. He asked me 900 euro the materials mine and after the removal of the old drywall I would have to carry out the rumbles because it was hard work 😆 That means if I wanted to fix the whole room 20m2 it would cost around 4000 plus the materials plus I had to remove the rumbles. Amazing quality you offer leaving the hard work to client😄

I hired a technician through this platform to fix my refrigerator. He misdiagnosed the issue, making it worse, and I had to spend over €500 on additional repairs and a new fridge. Despite their policy, customer service refused a refund and ignored the technician's unprofessional behavior. He even called me at work, shouting. The platform failed to address the issue properly. I've uninstalled the app and do not recommend this service.
