Not all the mechanics are highly reliable, but when you find a good one, it's great. App is easy to use and navigate. I also love that it gives you money saving options such as providing your own parts and pre-payment discounts. Great service to use to save on towing fees if your car is immobile.

Customer service was complete trash. My mechanic didn't show, but said he'd cancel the appointment I wanted to confirm with customer service that I wouldn't be charged a cancellation even though it was 10:40 and the appointment was at 10, but the agent said I'd be charged 150 dollars as fee for cancelling 12 hrs before an appointment what appointment the one at 10am that has already passed??? The mechanic is trying to help me though not get charged, but the app itself should just void it.

Made a appointment on October 30 to have your mechanic replaced my water pump. The day of the appointment get a email. He can't make the appointment. Requesting to reschedule. I called them to see why, all the guy is apologize. No idea why. After hanging up him get a call back saying you're mechanic needs to reschedule. When asking for another mechanic they no one until three days. On there app says there appointments available on weekends. However they will not come out. Looking at the reviews
