your_path is a virtual career exploration experience for North Carolina middle and high school students. Students can identify careers and industries that they have the talent and interest for, hear from employees in those jobs and find out what it will take to achieve their goals - all from a computer or mobile device. This project is part of shift_ed's commitment to eliminating the opportunity gap for underrepresented students.
