Ratings and reviews

For the first section that was available, I think it was pretty beginner friendly. There's a daily tracker to remind you to practice, but I don't feel like it's overly pushy. That's about as far as I got, however, because the sections following all seem to require making a subscription payment. I'm just starting out, why would I give money to something that I haven't even used for a week? I understand there's probably a lot of licensing and legal stuff, but it's still unfortunate.

App does not work at all. It cannot read the notes I play. Even when I use headphones. I cannot even get past the second chapter. On top of all that it cannot even detect witch strings I am plucking when I try to tune. The only thing in this app that works are the videos. I would give this zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this app at all.

Was my favorite app because I was able to to learn with the free option with 15 minutes a day limit; I had no problem. I also loved no ads. It was great to follow a step by step for beginners. I wasn't consistent due to responsibilities and school. But now restrictions on free option to force to pay membership it disappointing. I don't want to ask my parents for money with all the bills they still have to pay and save money. I'll be looking for another way to learn. It was nice while it lasted.
