*Feature Overview*

The Student Mobile Application (YouthNet Student) is a dedicated, read-only mobile portal designed for families (parents, players, and guardians) to track player schedules, monitor active enrollments, view upcoming session details, and read team announcements. It provides a secure, read-only interface to keep families updated on all scheduled activities without any booking, payment, or registration capabilities.

*Who Can Access*

• Parents/Guardians: View children's profiles, track current active registrations, browse schedules/calendars, and check announcements.
• Players/Athletes: View personal schedule times, locations, and browse notifications.
• Preconditions: A family account and associated player profiles must be pre-configured by
administrators or completed via the parent portal.

*User Journey*

1. App Sign-In: Parents download and log in securely using their pre-configured credentials.
2. Select Active Player Profile: On the Home tab, parents use the "Active Player" dropdown selector to toggle between different children registered under the same family.
3. Browse Active Registrations: The home screen displays an expandable list of current organization registrations, detailing programs, divisions, schedules, and timing configurations for the selected child.
4. Track Upcoming Activities: Parents view a chronological list of upcoming events (such as training sessions, games, and classes) for the selected child, showing date, time, location, and the child's name.
5. View Calendar & Batches: Parents navigate to the Batches tab to view a visual calendar showing daily sessions and classes.
6. Read Bulletins & Announcements: Parents open the Announcements tab to read messages and bulletins broadcasted by coaches and system administrators.
