About this app

YOVOY Services is the app for service providers, service companies, and professionals who offer their services through YOVOY.

Use your own Services account, separate from your YOVOY User, Business, and Delivery Driver accounts. Set up your space, choose your category, and create profiles and services. Profiles are published after administrative review.

As an owner, you can:
• Manage profiles and the service catalog.

• Review requests, details, fixed location, and photos shared by the client.

• Prepare and send quotes with the price, scope, date, and estimated duration.

• Communicate with clients and schedule jobs.

• Invite professionals using their Services account ID and assign them jobs.

• Manually record payments via cash, bank transfer, or other external methods.

• View activity reports and recorded earnings.

As a professional, you can view and accept assignments, start jobs, and mark them as completed. An individual service provider can use both the owner and professional views with the same Services account.

If you allow notifications, you can receive alerts about requests, messages, and activity. This permission is optional.

Important: YOVOY Services does not process online payments in this version. Payments are recorded manually. The app does not track routes or live location; it only displays the fixed point shared by the customer when applicable.
