There is a nasty bug in the app: content (promotions, special offers, etc.) is selected based on the language setting of the phone, not based on the location (while the app does request access to the location). If that gets fixed someday, I'll give 5 stars! :)

first of all company offers to sign up via app in order to scan stamps on loyalty cards, but when you are in it turns out the cards should include QR codes which they don't so cards from previous purchases are not adding into app. When you are writing to customer support, it shows no connection and is not sending the query but connection is working, so it's a bug. Useless app, update it.

App lost access to gift cards. this is my main use of this app. I don't use the credit card feture but do gather points and get a student discount. It was solid until some back end change that caused this bug. I can get them back temporarily if I uninstall the app, login and go straight to them but it doesn't last long. the ticket I raised about this issue was closed before I said it was sorted however I'm sure that they are swamped with bug reports.
