Ratings and reviews

The app is buggy as hell. Anytime you try to upload a document it glitches out and if it start everything all over again. The support never answers their emails and I heard that there's a phone number which I have not found yet. The multiple steps in the app to get your driver profile up and going for driving should be clear but are not and the app keeps glitching out each time you try to fill out another field or you have completed a step but now the app won't allow you to go to the next step..

still map not following my location, screen turning black. where ever I get an offer i click upper screen banner alert and it takes me to the app but the ride offer is not showing or displaying. frustrating experience after so many months already operating and still you guys can't fix those problems.

The app is not working when you try to go online the app goes to sleep mode I tried to call the customer service on my ride and it goes to Google fi there's no way to talk to anyone so they can help you out
