About this app

This is an app exclusively for AVIOT earphones.

A 10-band graphic equalizer and earphone detection function that allows you to finely adjust the sound quality according to your favorite music.
ON/OFF and level adjustment of noise canceling and external sound intake mode, gaming mode that reduces audio delay,
You can customize AVIOT earphones to your liking, including a wind noise suppression mode that suppresses wind noise when using noise canceling.


・The EQ function may cause problems with sound cutting out or disconnection. If a problem occurs, please close the app, return the earphones to the case, disconnect them, and use them again.
・You may be asked to re-establish Bluetooth connection, so please be sure to approve it before use.
・Available functions vary depending on the earphone model. Please check the product web page for each model for details.
- The app may become unusable unexpectedly due to OS version changes, etc.
・Operation is not guaranteed on all Android devices.
-Cannot be used with devices other than smartphones (DAP, etc.).


・Noise canceling/external sound intake mode setting
It is possible to turn on/off each mode, adjust the level, and turn on/off the wind noise suppression mode.
By adjusting it to suit your usage environment, you can create a special experience just for you.
(Wind noise suppression mode is only supported by some models)
The new feature "Sound Collect Mode" collects and amplifies surrounding voices to assist conversations in environments where it is difficult to hear or are far away.

・10 band graphic equalizer
You can use a 10-band equalizer function using a uniquely developed sound engine.
We can fulfill your sound customization requests, such as wanting to make the bass of your earphones a little stronger or make the treble a little weaker.
You can save up to two custom settings and change them as many times as you like.
・Key assignment settings
You can change the tap, double tap, and triple tap operations set on the product to other operations.
You can change the settings to make it easier to use and more personal.
・Gaming (low latency) mode
The phenomenon peculiar to wireless earphones, where the video and audio are out of sync, has been improved, allowing you to enjoy videos and games with less delay.
・Earphone detection function
The location information where the earphone's Bluetooth connection was last disconnected can be displayed on the map.
(To use this function, you need permission to obtain location information from your smartphone.)

The app eill not open on my HiBy music player. The screen is greyed. AVIOT's support say they do not support DAPs, only smart phones. Quote from the company.

4/4/2024: The app finally connects, sometimes. I was able to update the earbuds firmware. App freezes when I tried to change EQ. 24/3/2024: App won't even open. 26/2/2024: Unable to connect to TE-Q3

Can't get out of Japanese language. Firmware update won't update to latest firmware. App reports my R ear bud as having a flat battery when it's in fact the left side, uninstalled app and reinstalled app and now the battery on the left works fine showing 100 percent
