About this app

The hearing app is developed and designed for Cearvol hearing aids to help users setup hearing aid functions and customize hearing parameters quickly. Includes the following functions as follows:
"Main control "
Volume adjustment: 10-level volume adjustment, synchronized with the gain, and the left and right hearing aid can be adjusted independently.
Hearing aids battery : Synchronously shows the current battery percentage of the hearing aids.
Ear tips switching: Different acoustic parameters are set for the two ear caps (closed and open ear tips). When switching ear tips, you need to select the right eartip setting on app.
Synchronization function: Quickly switch whether the volume control of the left and right hearing aid is synchronized.
Scene mode: Quickly switch scene modes and parameter applications for different usage scenarios. Scene modes include indoor mode, conversation mode, restaurant mode, and traffic mode. In each scene mode, parameters such as noise reduction level, voice enhancement level, microphone directivity, EQ compensation, etc. can be independently customized.
Indoor mode is aimed at quieter indoor scenes and office scenes;
Conversation mode is aimed at face-to-face conversations in conference rooms and coffee shops in generally quiet environments;
Restaurant mode is aimed at dining scenarios such as Western restaurants in generally quiet environments;
Traffic mode is aimed at common commuting scenarios such as taking the subway and bus.
"Hearing Test"
Online hearing test: Wear Cearvol hearing aid in a quiet indoor environment, and test your hearing through the audio test program guide on the app.App will play pure tone from the frequency of 125Hz--8KHz (125/ 250 / 500 / 750 / 1k / 1.5k / 2k / 3k / 4k / 6k / 8k) to detect the user's hearing level. After completing the test, app will automatically integrate the hearing parameter to personal listening settings, allowing users to get a better listening solution experience.

Input audiogram: The user has tested the hearing level can directly input the hearing parameter value on app. After completing the audiogram input, the app will automatically integrate it into the personal hearing settings, allowing the user to get a better listening program experience.
"My profile"
User login: Users can obtain the verification code through their email/mobile phone number to register and log in, and complete the process after filling in user name, gender, age, address and other information. After the user logs in, the app’s setting records and hearing parameters will be bound to the personal account.
Restore initial settings: Clear all user app settings and hearing parameter setting records, and restore to factory mode.
User guide: Operating instructions for your hearing aid. Including: how to wear, how to replace ear caps, functional operation instructions, Bluetooth connection, etc.
Historical audiogram: Displays historical hearing parameter charts, including the version of the audiogram that completed the online hearing test and the version that entered the audiogram.

These hearing aids are excellent. The sound quality is great. Customer service is top. The music streaming direct to hearing aid function is a great feature and the audio quality is great. The ambient aware feature is useful for when you are streaming music or videos you can still be aware of the surroundings.

In Australia and after downloading the app I cannot get app to open? Only get warning screen (younger than 18) but when button is pushed I get Cearvol app screen and cannot advance further. Motorola g82 5g phone. Updated ratings. Problem with phone settings to get full page display. Everything appears to be working ok.

I had a bluetooth problem. CLEARVOL customer service was wonderful and replaced them .
