1st off it doesn't even turn on when I want it it has to be plugged up 1st wth is that about? Bluetooth doesn't allow connections at all my son love this but the app doesn't really work and should have been told it doesnt come with a battery power charger at all.

No information about file formats supported by the app and screen resolutions. There's no big problem with photos. However, it is not known what video files and in what resolution can be installed. From my experience, 64x64 gif format works best. Aside from these inconveniences, the app works quite well. Suggestion - expand the database by adding more personal animations.

you can actually add more images to diy, all you have to do is download gif files online, those are compatible with it if you want something interactive, if not just download regular images but they will be stationary. bag is awesome, my only issue is when i try gif images that i got of the internet, they tend to take a long time to upload which causes the app to loose bluetooth connectivity, and it kicks me back to home page. please fix this
