About this app

Inkprink is a management application specifically designed for smart photo frames. It provides Android users with a complete management experience for their smart photo frames, offering one-stop functionality for network configuration, image push, and device management. This allows you to easily manage your smart photo frames and create a personalized display experience.

Core Functions
1. Convenient Account System: Supports quick account registration via email and setting a unique password for login. If you forget your password, you can reset it with a verification code obtained from your registered email address. The operation is simple and account security is guaranteed.

2. Smart Photo Frame Network Configuration and Activation: For first-time users, the network configuration process can be accessed through the application pop-up or main menu. It supports enabling network configuration mode for models such as YT10EPF (10-inch) and YT13EPF (13-inch). After scanning the frame's network configuration QR code, you can configure a Wi-Fi hotspot for the frame, complete device activation, and quickly connect the frame to the network.

3. Image Push and Display Adjustment: Select your favorite image within the app, check the target frame, and adjust the horizontal/vertical display area of ​​the image according to the frame's aspect ratio for precise frame size adaptation. Push the image to the frame with one click to instantly display your best moments.

4. Comprehensive Frame Management: View a list of all frames associated with your account. The user owning a frame can generate a sharing code to share the frame with multiple accounts. Access the frame details page to crop images, manage playlists and albums, and long-press to clear/delete images. Manage associated users and delete unnecessary linked accounts.

5. Device OTA Firmware Upgrade: After the frame connects to the internet and wakes up, view detailed information such as the device model, serial number, and firmware version within the app. Select the latest firmware in .bin format from your phone's file manager to perform an OTA upgrade for the frame, optimizing device performance.

Feedback and Log Upload: If you encounter any issues, submit feedback through the app. Select the feedback type, fill in the content, and enable the log upload switch to allow the technical team to quickly locate and resolve the problem.

Automatic/Manual App Updates: The app will automatically check for updates upon first launch. You can also manually check for updates in the app settings to ensure you receive the latest version's feature optimizations and experience upgrades.

Supported Devices: Compatible with smart photo frames such as the YT10EPF (10-inch) and YT13EPF (13-inch), providing professional management services for smart photo frames of different sizes.

Prerequisites:
1. The app only supports Android systems and requires an Android phone to download and install.
2. Before operating the smart photo frame, you must equip it with a TYPE-C interface charger and complete the necessary charging process.
3. During photo frame network pairing and device management, you must grant the app the relevant permissions such as camera, Bluetooth, and location to ensure normal functionality.
4. When performing OTA upgrades for the photo frame, you must confirm the latest firmware with the business or R&D team beforehand and save the firmware to your phone's file manager.
