HOW IT WORKS?
- Simply centralize all your invoices in paper or digital format in the application: photo, email, download etc.
- For each purchase or sale invoice, key data is instantly extracted: amount including tax, VAT, date and merchant.
- Your receipts are automatically associated with the transactions thanks to the synchronization of your bank account.
- All your data is transmitted in real time to your accountant without you having to do anything.
- Offline mode: no network? No problem, Ytems will update as soon as you exit the tunnel!
* SECURE BANK SYNCHRONIZATION
To offer the automatic billing service, Ytems accesses your bank account using a partner aggregator certified by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) which is the administrative authority backed by the Banque de France. Access is therefore fully secure.
