Used to work when accessed overseas but no longer. Doesn't tell you why either. Terrible UX when it works. The customer service provided in the app is totally useless too. The app simply sucks. 請不要叫客人打沒用的電話，那都接到業務方面的客服，只能竭誠地不解決 app 問題。

This app is very poorly designed. It won't let me transfer money into another bank account and it doesn't have any language availability other than Chinese. Do not recommend.
