While the app at its core does work it does lack the ability to select an image from the phone's gallery. This is a severe limitation as it does not allow you to report something at a time that's more convenient to the user. A side affect is also that the app's camera feature doesn't support multiple camera so zooming is out of the question, i don't want to have to go out of my way to move closer to the subject in order to make a clear photo when i can zoom in with my phone's built in camera app and make a clear picture from where i'm standing and continue on my way. The pin UX is also a bit weir as the pin will move a certain amount of pixels up when you pick it, but doesn't drop down when you let it go, resulting in inconsistent behaviour and may lead up to incorrect placement by the user. Either let it float and drop it, or keep the pin on the same location relative to the touch point. Whatever happens with your report is up to the municipality, but this app does make it easy to report things and in my experience the municipality of my city did pick up my reports in a matter of minutes. I would give this app 5 stars, if it wasn't for that lacking camera/gallery ability. Please release an update with this feature implemented.

Chatbot style makes it unusable as an effective reporting app. No immediate undo, and the device back arrow closes the app instead of going to the previous item. Only until the "Summary" page can you change items, which then simply restarts the chatbot. I went to the app to make a quick melding about abandoned fietsen, but it took so much time and was so frustrating that I wrote this review instead. Were actual users tested? *The one improvement is you can finally attach gallery photos. Nice.
