It works somewhat well during the day, at least i can watch my dog in the backyard and allows for camera control from the app, but my issue is nightime use. Considering it is supposed to replace my outdoor light bulb, i would expect an option to keep the light on at all times, and Im not sure if mine is defective, or if it really doesnt have that option. I've tried night mode, color mode, IR mode.. but the light constantly changes from on to off to on to off all night long. Extremely annoying!

App failure - no support This was great for several months, but this week they updated their privacy policy and now the app won't work. I've deleted it and reinstalled. No luck. Emailed support and got an automated message that they will reply in 2-3 days! Meanwhile, I can't access any of the cameras that are there to protect my disabled parent.

The app is easy to install and connect with camera/modem, and it does it's job at alerting you every time it detects motion. It has no instructions so finding out how to delete videos took me over a week. Even when programmed on low sensitivity the app/camera catches every tiny bug, & blowing leaf, & I have not found a way to change the sound of the alert. I want it on vibration but cannot find a way to change it. Even when the volume is turned down to lowest setting, the alert is to loud.
