The app is pathetic, converted online delivery into takeaway. The contacts provided in the app do not work. There is no option to cancel or update the order in case there is a problem. It also doesn't provide the status of order.

Your customer support number is like a ghost always there in theory but impossible to reach, I guess I might have better luck with reaching out to the aliens. The support number does not exist! I placed an order from your app and the order arrived from (sattva divinity mall) it's not even near my location and this app doesn't even let you select nearest location and to spice up things the order was like a car accident. The burger looked like it got into a fight with a compressor - and lost!

As a frequent user of the KFC app, I believe that dividing the menu items into "Veg" and "Non-Veg" categories would significantly enhance the user experience. This simple yet impactful feature would make it much easier for customers to navigate the menu according to their dietary preferences or restrictions.
