The only useful part of the app is the ability to unlock the scooter and to change the default Bluetooth password so others can't connect. The map doesn't work at all except to show you where you are, can't set a destination. You can pair NFC tags to the scooter BUT it will only work with the NFC tags you buy from their site at $30 per pair. Everything on the main screen is exactly how you see it on the display. It doesn't even show you battery percentage or voltage or anything more useful.

Tried the app despite all the negative reviews and glad I did! Using an old phone (galaxy note 8) I was able to connect via bluetooth and create an account. I was able to change the default login code and it displays scooter's settings. Even though it will say failed to connect in bluetooth settings, go to scooter app and press the bluetooth icon top right corner. It should then display yumescooter below pause button. Tap where it says yumescooter and you should be connected. Hope this helps.

Seems next to worthless. I cant pair my phone with the new M Y11 Pro. Ive tried countless times to even log in. So, I just hit skip and I see YUME on my Bluetooth list, I click connect and nothing happens. Then, when I hit skip...I go to add product and YUME pops up, they ask for the default log in with 000000 and it still does seem to connect. Once this app actually works, Ill upgrade my stars. YUME please fix this app!
