Worst App ever!!! this app should be removed out of the Internet. firstly, the functionality of the app is so inconsistent... Also the customer support was very rude and threatened to delete my account because I made a complaint which she actually did... DELETED MY ACCOUNT and I couldn't even withdraw the $10 test funds I put on the account. DO NOT USE THIS APP YOU WILL END UP CRYING!!!!!!!!

I don't think this app is as legit as they are claiming to be ,first I did my KYC which they said it's going to take 1-2 working days but it's been a month no confirmation even when I wrote the th customer service no response til now it's been more than a month I wanted to do a local transfer but I thought of it again and I think it's a scam because if you have issues you won't be able to get correct or real customer service. So guys be wise I just uninstalled the app from my phone.

I am very disappointed with my experience on this app. I paid a $2 fee to open a Euro account, but my account was immediately declined without a clear reason, as shown by the automated error from their provider, Sumsub. Despite the service being unfulfilled and me being unable to access any features, the company is refusing to provide a refund, claiming the fee is "nonrefundable".
