I don't think this app is as legit as they are claiming to be ,first I did my KYC which they said it's going to take 1-2 working days but it's been a month no confirmation even when I wrote the th customer service no response til now it's been more than a month I wanted to do a local transfer but I thought of it again and I think it's a scam because if you have issues you won't be able to get correct or real customer service. So guys be wise I just uninstalled the app from my phone.

Worst experience with Yunlen. I completed KYC verification once, but when trying to generate a card it asked for KYC again for no reason. Then the app started showing errors everywhere. Customer care told me to restart my phone and reinstall the app — I did everything, but now the submit button doesn’t even work. Even account deletion shows errors and no verification code comes. Very buggy app and poor user experience. Totally disappointed.

The app does lag sometimes when loading the transaction history page, especially if you have a lot of transactions. Other than that, everything from transfers to card management works beautifully. 💯 recommended
