The app has no Contact Us functionality. There's no way for customers to raise issues and give feedback. Now Now is new initiative, how will you now what your areas of improvement are?
Ordered 10 min before arriving at the store (with email, password, CVV, 3D etc. 😴). Then arrived and lurked in store for a couple of minutes, before a lady near the serving counter picked up an iPad, realised an order had been placed and accepted it. At this point stuff starter to happen and I got my coffee. Apparently "Now Now" = 15+ minutes... for a single black coffee. No sugar.
Quicker to place order in the store than going through the process of password, CVV, tick box and OTP that you need to fill in.
The food is tasty but the portion sizes are waaaay too small. Like half the size they should be. I really miss the old Woolworths salad bar on Longmarket Street and it sucks that Woolworths has replaced an excellent store with this NowNow rip off.
Nice idea but waaay too much friction in the process: password, cvv no, tick the box, then 3d secure. For a coffee? Feels like it was designed by a lawyer. Quicker to queue
Really poor judgement call to launch in cape town only?! Would like to see what %earnings cape town delivers to Woolworth s compared to Gauteng? Not serving your customers.
